COVID 19 – WHAT WE ARE UP TO, AND WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Well, there is no doubt that we are living in very different times to what all but those of us who have lived through a world war or two may have experienced.

At Tropical Energy Solutions we are still operating – and we are very thankful that we are able to do so. It’s during times like these that our philosophy of building strong relationships with our suppliers and electrical contractor partners is paying off, with everyone pulling together to find solutions to supply and work procedures issues.

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

We have, of course, implemented measures to do our part in “stopping the spread”.  These include limiting access to our office, regular cleaning of surfaces and hands, and social distancing.  In fact, we have quite a large office space and it turns out we were doing social distancing before those words were put together!  Our installation teams have also been fully briefed and are conducting their work within government guidelines.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU:

Getting away from how we are able to keep the doors open, we wanted to share with you how we are adapting our services and can assist other businesses by reducing their electricity costs.

For over 11 years we have offered energy management services.  This started with energy audits and grew to include tariff analysis, energy brokerage and account management.  While a core part of our business is solar, we are much, much more than than just a solar installation company .  We are an energy management company.  Solar can play a big part in reducing electricity costs, but there are a whole range of other actions that can make a big difference as well.

In light of the challenging business environment we currently find ourselves in we have developed a package to provide cost saving solutions as quickly as possible.  The package incorporates modified versions of several of our current services and focuses on delivering low cost solutions and accurate advice.

And for residential customers: we are still available to install a solar system on your home.  We can conduct installs with zero physical contact and adhere to all government health requirements.
