Tropical Energy Solutions designed and installed a 6.48kW PV solar system with 27.6kWh nominal energy storage capacity on the top of Hervey Range, just 30km from Townsville. The system includes a Lithium-ion battery bank which will store PV solar generated power for use at night. The owners had the option of connecting to the energy utility but instead chose to power their family home, sheds, pumps and life with loads with clean and affordable renewable energy.
